Protection of personal data
Periskop d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”) respects the privacy of everyone who visits our website (hereinafter referred to as the “User”). The acquisition, processing and use of data are carried out in accordance with the applicable Slovenian (Personal Data Protection Act: ZVOP-1) and EU legislation in the field of personal data protection (GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation).
We collect and process personal data (names and surnames, e-mail addresses) for the purpose of informing you about the programme and special benefits of Periskop d.o.o. for the purpose of evaluating our services, and only if you voluntarily choose to do so. We store in our personal data collection the names and email addresses obtained by subscribing to the newsletter on the www.thirdstage.eu website and by agreeing to be notified when you make a purchase in our online shop. In all these cases, you agree to be bound by these terms of use. We will only keep the personal data obtained in this way until your cancellation. If you no longer wish to receive our content, you can unsubscribe at any time. At the time of opting out, we will also delete your data from all our personal data files.
We also collect and process personal data (names and surnames, email addresses) of ALL ONLINE PURCHASERS in our personal data collection, for the sole purpose of communicating with the customer related to the purchase of our services and verifying customer satisfaction related to the subject of the purchase. After the service has been provided, all personal data collected will be deleted from all databases.
The Controller ensures a high level of protection of personal data and undertakes to keep all personal data received carefully and to use it only for the purposes described above. In order to improve the quality of our services and for statistical purposes, we also process data on the impressions received and the clicks on links in the messages received.
We will not use, process or disclose to third parties the data obtained to an extent that exceeds what is permitted by law or your consent. We will only provide information if we are obliged to do so on the basis of official requests or court orders.
The user is responsible for ensuring that all information provided is true and accurate. The Administrator shall not be held liable for the consequences of false information.
In order to ensure fair and transparent processing of the personal data collected, the user shall have the right to request from the controller access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing in relation to the data subject, or the right to object to processing and the right to data portability.
The user has the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner in relation to the collection and processing of personal data concerning him/her.
The user is also responsible for the protection of his/her personal data by ensuring the security of his/her username and password, the security of his/her e-mail inbox and the appropriate software (anti-virus) protection of the device used to visit the website.
Limitation of liability
The Operator reserves the right and accepts no responsibility for errors in any of its web pages, whether in images or text.
The operator is not responsible for any failure of the performance in case of problems with the internet connection or technical problems on the part of the spectator/buyer.
The Operator reserves the right to modify this website and these terms and conditions at any time, without specific permission or notice to the user. The amended Terms of Use will come into force on the date the amendments are published on the website.
The above terms of use do not apply to external websites that can be accessed via hyperlinks provided on our website.
Viewing the content of this website, subscribing to the newsletter and/or using the contact form automatically constitutes acceptance of all of the above terms of use.

Gift tickets
By purchasing a gift ticket, the buyer receives a unique code by e-mail, which can be given to any person. Redeem the code at www.thirdstage.eu and exchange it for the performance date of your choice. Gift tickets are redeemable for the performance and date selected at the time of purchase of the gift ticket.
Means of payment
You can make a purchase on www.thirdstage.eu using the following payment methods:

- GoCrypto
WARNING: The credit card payment system is not the responsibility of the ticket provider (thirdstage.eu website), payment is made on Stripe! All payment terms and security protocols are set and enforced by Stripe.
Ticket purchase – CVC code entry
When buying with credit cards, you must enter the CVC code of the payment card. The code is the last 3 or 4-digit number on the back of the bank card in the signature field.
Purchase balance
In the section My account users can check the status of their purchases (with prior registration). The overview contains all successfully completed transactions, with the names of the shows, purchase dates, receipt numbers and other details of the purchase.
If you have multiple usernames (under different email addresses), please pay attention to which username you are logged in under when you check out, as transactions are linked to your username!
Online purchase is final
Before clicking on ‘Pay Now’, the buyer is obliged to carefully check all details of the purchase (date and amount of purchase, promoter, name of the performance, number of seats, etc.). In the last box before payment, you can still change any of the purchase items – event, date, time. After the online purchase transaction has been completed, no changes or cancellation of the purchase are possible.
Mistakes during purchase
In the event that the search engine sends an error message during the purchase, or other obvious problems occur during the purchase, the buyer shall first check the status of purchases in the section before trying again My Account – Orders. If the receipt for the desired event is not recorded, the transaction has not been completed!
The Buyer shall provide the following purchase information by email:
* date/time of purchase;
* title of the show;
* number of tickets;
* the email address used at the time of purchase;
* the means of payment used;
* at which step of the purchase the problem occurred;
* the message that was displayed at the time.
The Website Operator shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from the Buyer’s failure to provide the requested purchase information.
Declaration on the protection of personal data
By visiting the site, you consent to the collection and use of your data, in accordance with the online shop’s policy. The online shop policy is in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1, Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia No. 86/2004, 113/2005).
Changes to the Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to change this policy at any time. In doing so, we will always notify you of a material change to the policy by posting the change on the home page of the website or by sending you a notice of the change.
